Refund Policy

Digital products (Dolby Atmos Pro Tools Template, guides): Because digital downloads are delivered instantly, all sales are final. If a file is damaged, won't open, or isn't as described, email alex@alexpromix.com within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

Coaching sessions: You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email, and we'll reschedule or refund you. Cancellations with less notice, and missed sessions, aren't refundable.
